I have just done a clean up. All files older than 60 days have been removed (with some rare exceptions).

I solved the problem. It was a DivX codec that hadn't been updated.

Are you using VLC player? You can also get that from the links page if you don't have it already.

Do you have the XviD codec installed? I use the latest build of the XviD codec. To get it, you can download the DarcyF1 video tools from the website on the links page.

I seem to have a problem with some videos that I have downloaded. Any videos that have been capped by Darcy (eg. V8Supercars) I try to watch have normal sound but I can't see anything. Other vids that have been uploaded by Mattzel I have no problems at all with. I have recently updated to the latest DivX codec. Any ideas?

No I meant I would rather not switch to firefox, if there was another way to fix it but it looks like I might have to download firefox. You don't have to provide a screenshot, thanks anyway

Not wanting to fix your problem sounds strange? I won't bore you with why Firefox is a better option for you then, I'll just tell you that it's probably an IE problem. Can you provide a screenshot?

Hi there, What program is giving you the 'diagnose connection problems' error? And what internet browser are you using?
